Welcome to your real estate exam. Please read the following instructions carefully before beginning:

1. Exam Details:
   • The exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions.
   • You have 3 hours to complete the exam. Please manage your time accordingly.
   • The passing grade is 70% or higher in order to proceed with the Florida state exam.
2. Exam Guidelines:
   • You may not use any outside resources, including notes, books, or internet searches, during the exam.
   • The exam is timed, and once started, the timer cannot be paused.
   • Be sure to answer each question. If you are unsure of an answer, you may skip it and return to it later.
3. Passing and Retake Policy:
   • If you score 70% or higher, you will be eligible to move on to the Florida state exam.
   • If you do not pass, you will need to wait 30 days before retaking the exam. You may retake the class and test for Free for 6 months.  If you do not pass with in the 6 months, you will need to retake the course and pay for the course again.
4. Technical Issues:
   • In case of any technical difficulties, please contact support immediately. It is advised to use a stable internet connection and a reliable device.
5. Completion:
   • Once you finish the exam, your score will be displayed immediately. If you pass, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
   • If you do not pass, feedback on your results will be provided to help you prepare for your next attempt.
